The Heart Behind the Nest

I'm Imogen, Mama of three, doula, HypnoBirthing educator and the heart behind Nest to Nurture.

I created this space because I believe every woman deserves to feel, calm, supported and confident as she prepares for birth.

​

My approach is grounded, accessible and genuinely supportive. Think of it as having a doula in your pocket. Someone in your corner from the moment you start preparing, right through to postpartum and beyond.

 

I am a certified HypnoBirthing™ International educator (Mongan Method) and trained doula based in Canberra, offering in-person and online support to families across Australia. Whether you are exploring HypnoBirthing, looking for a TENS machine for labour or wanting birth education that actually makes sense, I am here for you.
